INTRODUCTION


Effective, durable, comfortable - radiant heat meets all requirements of a modern trendsetting heating system.

Optimal and efficient use of radiant heat can be achieved through the use of radiant ceiling panels. The radiant heat warms the objects and room enclosure surfaces of an object with the same principle as the sun. Through this natural principle of heat transfer, the heat is perceived as much more pleasant and comfortable due to a draft-free heating system.

Sunline radiant ceiling panels are a proven heating system. To meet each application, commercially and industrially, there is a continuous development. The radiant ceiling panel meets through its elegant contours and subtle longitudinal beads all the requirements of a modern and integral design.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION


Radiant ceiling panels are static heating elements in the form of Profiled Strip made of steel sheet with welded-on tubes and inserted insulation. Used heat source are boilers, heat pumps, solar panels and many other hot water heating systems. By the flow through the radiant ceiling panel with heated water, pipes and reflecting surfaces are tempered. This tempered surfaces release energy respectively heat radiation.

The radiation energy moves freely through the air and is converted into heat energy when hitting the floor, room enclosure surfaces and the furnishings. The surface temperatures rise by 1 to 3 K compared to the ambient air temperature. The size and quantity of radiant ceiling panels depends on the desired room temperature and the heating medium temperature. The radiant ceiling panels can be used as individual plates (units ready to connect) for heating small areas or by combining elements to long strips for heating of large spaces.

BENEFIT


A higher efficiency compared to other heating systems, e.g. fan heater, is given by the lower room air temperature with the same physiological perception temperature. To ensure an indoor air temperature of 20 ° C, the heating of the air by means of radiant ceiling panels is sufficient up to 17 ° C. Due to the short heating times, good controllability and optimal temperature distribution in space are energy savings of up to 50% compared to other heating systems possible.

STANDARD MANIFOLD

The width of the Manifold corresponds to the width of radiant ceiling panels.

The Set-Up Manifolds are fitted between the lateral up-stands of the radiant panels. The factory welded end metal sheets close the fronts of the radiant ceiling panels. The connecting sleeves are located on the top of manifold.

ACOUSTIC VERSION


Sunline radiant ceiling panels can be made perforated, due to acoustic or optic reasons.

Widths of 300mm up to 1200mm, the elements are made in one piece.

The perforated surface of the widths 1350mm and 1500mm consists of 2 sections.

Through the perforation of radiant ceiling panels in diameter 5.0 mm can be achieved in conjunction with the thermal insulation, that the acoustic reverberation time in the room is reduced. This is particularly suitable for use in sports, multi-purpose meeting rooms or of particular importance.

BALL IMPACT SECURITY


Sunline Ball Guards consist of closed-cell polyurethane (PU) with upper stable aluminum lamination. The PU Ball Guards have a thickness of 10mm. Sunline Ball Guards offer many advantages:
